PHILADELPHIA QUARRY CLUB

The Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Quarry Corporation is pleased to invite you to be a Summer Member of the Club. Please reference Membership Policies for details.

 

Returning Summer Members

To renew your membership for the upcoming Summer Season, please  register at this website and follow the prompts to sign up and pay. Once registered choose Summer Membership status and follow instructions to pay your dues online.

Your Dues Payment is due by March 31st, 2026 at midnight, (snail mail requires an March 31st postmark). Late fees of $50 per person apply after the deadline. For each member on your form, please enclose a $50 per person late fee for all dues payments postmarked after March 31st. If you're paying late for a family of four, for example, you need to enclose $200 in late fees. So please mark your calendars and mail early. After March 31st, we can not guarantee your continued membership in the Quarry.

 

 SUMMER MEMBER DUES

​1 Summer member:     $300

2 Members:                    $450 total

3 or more Members:    $600 total

 

CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS

Although we waive summer dues for the under-3 set, please include your youngest children's names and birthdates on your registration form.

 

RESIGNING MEMBERS

If you do not plan to renew your Quarry membership, we're sorry to see you go. Kindly notify the membership committee at philquarryrva@gmail.com. We maintain an applicant waiting-list and we appreciate knowing whenever we may extend an invitation to an incoming member or family.

SNAIL MAIL PAYMENTS

We cheerfully accept dues payments by check, as always. Address the envelope and drop it in the mailbox in time for a March 31st postmark. If you miss this date, kindly add a $50 per-person late fee to your payment and all will be forgiven:
